- Margi has taught in acting institutions and schools for over 35 years in Australia, as well as in London and New York. She has conducted private classes in acting training and more recently ImpulseTraining at 4change, Metro Arts and Pullenvale, Brisbane for over ten years.
- Presently she facilitates workshops aimed at developing resilience and understanding of self using the arts. She also supervises experiential professional development workshops designed specifically for artists, educators and professionals in the arts and social sciences throughout Queensland.
Margi is a committed supporter of the growing independent theatre industry in Brisbane. She works with a wide variety of artists helping them develop resilience and sustainable practice. She also consistently works with Leah Mercer in the nest (4 change) where they create innovative and socially relevant work.
Margi is a registered member of Australian Counselling Association, ACA; a member (34 years) of M.E.A.A (Actors Equity). She is a member the Australian Society for Performing Arts Health Care and The Australasian Association for Theatre Drama and Performance Studies (ADSA). Margi is a Taos Associate.
